Work with the latest innovations
As a Lead Engineer- Systems Engineering, you'll perform the overall Auxiliary design for main equipment like Centrifugal Compressor, Reciprocating compressor and Steam Turbines.
As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Reading, understanding and documenting Customer technical requirements.
- Issuing the Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) throughout the project cycle.
- Designing, calculating , simulating and selecting the auxiliary commodities/ systems like Valves, Booster, heater, filters, pumps and Motors and pressure vessels like Pulsation dampeners.
- Performing Technical Alignment on all Supplier RFQ's for commodities designed. Perform System Simulations in Hysis as and when required.
- Conducting internal design reviews. Participation in Customer meetings and leading HAZOP. Develop Lube Oil and Seal Gas System with good understanding and implementation of API614 and API692.
- Defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams. Manages interface between disciplines and detailing execution organizations
- Driving verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level Design reviews and consistency checks.
- Resolving Site requests and issues. Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presentations to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university with minimum 5 yrs. of relevant experience.
- Have Knowledge of International standards (API, ASME) is essential.
- Have technical background on Turbomachinery auxiliaries with aptitude towards systems Engineering.
- Have quality control system awareness and familiarity with the main API/ASME test/process and TR&S requirements
- Have some experience using simulation tools (FloMaster, Hysys, Matlab).
- Have Product lifecycle management tools exposure (Siemens Teamcenter, etc.) on Document management, change management, Bill of materials and classifications
