In this role, you will:

  • Own the North Star Architecture for their IFP/IPC Segments, aligning to other technical and functional target architectures and driving technology adoption of the three-year road map.

  • Responsible for the health of their IFP/IPC Segments portfolio, proactively looking to remediate end of life scenarios, driving vendor roadmaps to meet K-C and IFP/IPC Segments requirements, and ensuring the highest level of value is returned on technology investments.

  • Questions the Status Quo and looks for opportunities to leverage reuse and drive global platform adoption, and to identify enterprise capabilities where unique solutions are not necessary. Proactively interacts with business partners and DTS at all stages of the lifecycle to collaborate with solution architects to design solutions, influence strategy, provide new business and technology ideas, align and prioritize projects to architecture priorities and drives architecture driven investments.

  • Possesses a strong business and technological acumen to contribute to the IFP/IPC strategic business plan.

  • Is recognized as an authority in IT, inside the organization and within the industry. Has a leadership role in external panels, conferences, and forums enhancing the stature of company in the industry and technology community.

  • Provides collaborative and inspirational leadership, influence, and development for other Enterprise and Solution Architects in the organization.

  • Tackles the highest complexity issues, applying leading-edge technology strategies to address business problems, and incorporates business maturity models that require a long-term, strategic perspective.

  • Must look 1-3 years ahead to consider the long-term consequences for the enterprise when choosing a technical direction, proposing a technology investment, harmonization of the environments, simplification opportunities or advising a business leader on strategic issues.

  • Possesses the broad expertise to integrate the technical vision for IT, integrating across technologies, systems, and organizations.

  • Leads vendor selection process and provides recommendations for investment in technology solutions, supported by appropriate ROI, total cost of ownership, and/or cost benefit analyses.

  • Develops architectural standards and roadmaps to migrate to standards that will add significant value to the business.

  • Possesses Information management knowledge to collaborate with Data architect.

  • Provides solution designs to IT project in the category of new vendor, new technology, and new capability.

  • Empowers solution architect providing technical guidance, and needed training within capability scope

  • Guarantees solution architects follow enterprise architecture practices for all projects within capability scope.

  • Guarantees data quality and accuracy of enterprise artifact repository

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • 15+ years Information Technology Experience

  • 10+ Years Architecture Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in the CPG Industry

  • Enterprise Architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman

  • Enterprise Architecture certified or equivalent experience using industry standards such as TOGAF or Zachman.

  • Good communication skill, should be able to communicate with Senior leadership

  • Experience developing architectural blueprints, standards and road maps.

  • Evangelist for a bigger picture strategy, integrating the business and technological vision, connecting the dots across business needs, technologies, processes, and information.

  • Proven experience across multiple business areas, and multiple technologies with well-rounded background in applications, software, databases, middleware, etc.

  • Proven experience in large-complex application rationalization efforts, maximizing current investment and optimizing process complexity.

  • Proven experience with future state architecture, taking business to the next level, creating competitive advantage to the business. Proven experience laying out technology roadmap connecting the dots with business needs.

  • Proven experience in large, complex scale projects.

  • Prior applications/software development (programming) experience.

  • A strong desire to learn and expand their technical knowledge.

  • Strong Technical leadership of Application Development teams and vendors

  • A passion for leading and developing other Enterprise and Solution Architects .

  • Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers
