The Role
As a Lead Data Analyst, you will integrate various datasets (people, financial, operational) to identify patterns that inform business decisions. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to understand their requirements and provide synthesized insights. Collaboration with analysts, data scientists, and HR specialists is key to ensuring valid results and recommendations. Your analyses will identify drivers of business impact, unexpected relationships, and root causes. This role influences enterprise strategy and operations, affecting thousands of employees.
Your role extends beyond data analysis. You will be an advisor, using your expertise and consulting skills to solve business problems and create innovative solutions. Your proficiency in Data analytics/ Analysis will help to gather, explore, and prepare data for analysis, business intelligence, and visualizations. proficient in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively translating business requirements into comprehensive data analysis.
Collaboration will be at the heart of your work. As a Lead Data Analyst at Kyndryl, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, pooling together your collective expertise to gather, structure, organize, and clean data. Required Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Minimum 5 years of data analytics experience, proficient in R or Python

Proficient in data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau

Solid understanding of data fundamentals (e.g., quality assessment, ETL)

Strong consultative communication style

Available to work flexible hours in support of global clients
Preferred Skills and Experience:

Experience with statistical analysis, graph analytics, machine learning, LLMs, GenAI

Professional certifications (e.g., ASQ Six Sigma, PRINCE2)
