The role sits within the Gaming & Rewards product vertical, leading a team of product analysts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You'll be at the forefront of building world-class analytics and research practices while working closely with product leadership to drive business impact through a customer-centric decision making approach. A role crucial in scaling our analytics and research capabilities and fostering a culture where data and research drive decision-making. We're looking for someone who can not only lead complex analysis but also build and develop a team of analysts who can drive impact across the organization.

As a Lead Product Analyst, you'll be responsible for product analysis & research, defining and measuring the success for the entire Gaming & Rewards Product portfolio, AI driven and not, spanning in 18 Countries. Establishing analytical frameworks, mentoring team members, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across all Gaming & Rewards initiatives. Your role will be crucial in scaling our product analytics capabilities and fostering a culture of research & data-driven, customer-centric decision-making, maximizing ROI, creating & maintaining a feedback loop, for continuous improvement & product discovery.

- Lead and mentor a team of Product Analysts, providing guidance and career growth.
- Establish best practices for analytics processes, tools documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate collaboration between Product Analysts and other teams across Kaizen Gaming by supporting Product Research, Discovery & Performance.
- Develop & maintain the team's strategic initiatives & roadmap, aligned with product and business objectives
- Lead strategic product analysis projects that inform major product decisions
- Partner with senior stakeholders to define success metrics for key initiatives
- Oversee the quality and consistency of analysis across the team on the Gaming & Rewards Products.
- Connect the Product Analytic team’s Quantitative data insights with Qualitative insights & Stakeholders for a 360° customer view and needs.
- Review and validate team deliverables, ensuring high standards of analytical rigor
- Support the Experimentation Framework for unveiling opportunities & hypothesis testing.
- Influence product strategy through data-driven narratives
- Manage expectations and priorities across multiple stakeholders
- Lead research & analytics-related communications and knowledge sharing
What you will bring
- 4+ years of product analytics experience with 2+ years in a people management role
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing analytics teams
- Strong understanding of product development and user behavior analytics
- Experience with product analytics tools (GA4, Looker, Full Story, etc.)
- Experience working with AI / ML-driven products.
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field preferred
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Excellence in building collaborative relationships across functions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to translate complex analysis into actionable insights through efficient and captivating storytelling
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
