  • Drive Execution: Partner with engineering, analytics, design and other cross-functional teams, delivering end-to-end solutions that span customer-facing experiences, APIs, and core services.

  • Enable Scale: Design systems for high availability, reliability, and scalability across multiple geographies, currencies, and regulatory frameworks.

  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work with product, design, data, finance, and operations teams, as well as in-country business leaders, to align on priorities and build scalable global solutions.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with expertise in experimenting, testing hypotheses, and using quantitative/qualitative methods,

  • Ability to lead complex initiatives in a matrixed, global environment, influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and inspire action.

  • Passion for building products that delight customers and move the business forward.
