Role - Lead Product Manager
What You’ll Do
- Lead End-to-End Product Strategy – Own a product domain, defining vision, roadmap, and execution plans to drive meaningful business impact.
- Deliver Measurable Results – Drive key product KPIs, ensuring that your work contributes to revenue growth, customer engagement, and adoption.
- Cross-Functional Leadership – Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Customer & Market Focus – Build strong relationships with customers, conduct research, and proactively identify opportunities for innovation.
- Thought Leadership – Drive discussions on product vision, strategy, and execution, both internally and externally.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management or related roles (Software Engineering, QA, or Product Analysis).
- B2B SaaS startup experience, ideally in fintech or AI-powered solutions.
- Technical expertise – Engineering background preferred, with a strong ability to work with development teams.
- Business acumen & data fluency – You understand how to drive revenue, engagement, and adoption through smart product decisions.
- Proven leadership – You’ve led cross-functional teams, influenced stakeholders, and owned product success.
- Strategic mindset with execution focus – You balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
