About the Role:
Citrix is seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of key capabilities for Citrix platform Portofolio which includes VDI-DaaS, NetScaler and ZTNA capabilities with Secure Private Access offering . This role requires a deep understanding of the Cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), networking ( L3 to L7 protocol stack), Gateway technologies to deliver innovative and differentiated solutions.
As a product lead, you will define and evolve capabilities that address critical challenges in networking and security vertical. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX, GTM, security researchers, customers, and partners to ensure Citrix’s Netscaler offerings meet evolving enterprise needs.
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Engineering required (B.E/B.Tech)
8+ years of work experience in Networking, Security, or cloud technology industry with minimum 2 years in product management.
BE/BS degree from renowned college, Master’s degree (MBA) is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong knowledge of L3 to L7 Application Delivery with deep protocol understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and SSL/TLS
experience in security, authentication or network observability solutions is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Prior experience working with Azure/AWS Networking, F5, A10, NGINX and cloud ALBs solutions.
Ability to analyse industry trends and competitor strategies to identify innovative, differentiated solutions that address evolving market needs.
Proven experience in developing organic and inorganic product roadmaps with a strategic outlook.
Collaboration with GTM teams on solutions and offerings, including customer and field presentations.
