Role Summary
In this role, you will lead the design and definition of the full ORDER business and product value proposition. This includes shaping content strategy, pricing approaches, customer experience insights, go‑to‑market planning, and clear messaging that highlights the benefits of our segment’s products and solutions. You will create materials that support both internal understanding and external promotion of each release, ensuring that teams and customers can easily recognize the value and impact of our offerings.
Understand customer's business and challenges and develop the business/product value proposition.
Define and own the overall business/product marketing strategy including key positioning with content, messages, tools, and channels.
Understand market dynamics including industry trends, traveler trends, and competitive landscape.
Oversee products profitability, aligning resources dedicated to product through the product lifecycle. Design and ensure implementation of the pricing strategy to maximize revenue.
Translate the strategy into a Marketing Plan including marketing and communications actions.
Elaborate and execute yearly marketing plan.
Define metrics of success for business/product plans and evaluate the marketing performance and customer experience.
Identify opportunities for the development of new or enhancement of existing products through analysis of market, competitor, regulars touchpoint with the regions, customer information and knowledge of Amadeus' potential offering that will meet customer needs.
Coordinate elements for product launch: Information materials, training, support, marketing communication materials, positioning, pricing, and sales roll out.
12+ years experience in Product Marketing, Product Management, Marketing with Airline IT systems. Exposure to Altea or similar systems is preferred.
Excellent communicator, with ability to simplify complex technical concepts and able to adapt communication to audience (engineering → business → customer)
