Job Summary:
The Software Engineer is responsible for designing and optimizing processes for large-scale manufacturing, planning and testing production methods, and overseeing facility operations. This role involves a combination of research, data analysis, and hands-on work to improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability in the production of chemical products.
Responsibilities:
Research and Development
• Conduct experiments and analyze data

Process Design and Optimization
• Design and plan production processes

Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field with at least 8+ years of experience and 2-3 years of experience in people management that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

• Knowledge of chemical process engineering and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
