Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (Lead SDET)

Lead SDET who will design, implement, and execute automated tests across Web, API, and Mobile platforms; own end-to-end quality including AI-driven testing; lead and scale SDET teams in Agile; drive shift-left testing and define risk-based test strategies; work with Playwright, WebDriverIO, CI/CD and modern test frameworks.
We are seeking a skilled Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our
dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of relevant work experience and
possess strong expertise in Web, API & Mobile platforms. As a Lead, you will play a crucial
role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through the design,
implementation, and execution of automated test cases.

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end quality across automation, Al-driven testing, and delivery
- Lead and scale SDET teams in fast-paced Agile setups
- Drive shift-left testing with early validation and quality gates
- Define risk-based test strategies balancing speed and coverage
What We're Looking For
- Deep automation expertise across Web, Mobile & API (JavaScript / TypeScript preferred)
- Hands-on with Playwright, WebDriverlO, Cl/CD, and modern test frameworks
- Strong quality-first mindset with clear leadership and communication skills
