Lead Software Engineer (Backend)

Position:

• Lead Software Developer

• 12+ years

Role and Responsibilities

• Diligently handle new feature development, conducting impact analysis, coordinating with Product Manager for the development of the new features.
• Troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
• Take the ownership of the deployment and improving deployment process.
• Work on technical debt by upgrading various framework/libraries that would improve performance and security.

Technical Skills:

• Must have good hands on JVM languages and at least one java script language
• Must have 12+ years of experience in Java/JEE technologies
• Must have strong understanding of clean code, Microservices, unit testing and AWS infrastructure.
• Should have knowledge of core architecture concepts
• Should be good at writing mentionable tested code
• Should have 8+ years experience with handling java enterprise applications
• Kotlin and typescript knowledge is value addition
• Eager to learn and take up new challenges
• Excellent experience in dealing with counter parts on technical decision making
• Can handle small team efficiently
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Enthusiastic and curious.
  

Education:

• BE (Computer/IT is preferred)/MCA/MCS/B. Tech

Work Hours:

• Must be available to support global time zones

Probationary Period:

• 6 months
