- Understand/Create solution documents
- Develop product knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, Salesforce Data Cloud
- Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions and best practices.
- Implement complex development and configuration activities for clients
- Drive thorough quality assurance tests
- Develop as built documentation throughout the project to provide seamless handover
- Drive discovery and design workshops and document requirements, deliverables, assumptions and exclusions.
- Should drive activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects
- Liaise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud product teams to support client implementations
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing technologies
- Excellent consulting skills to engage clients in a to deliver trusted advice on their implementations
- Experience designing & implementing solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - email studio, ad studio, journey builder, automation builder, amp script, subscriber management, cross channel journeys, IP warming, Einstein etc.
- Experience implementing solutions with Salesforce Data Cloud - Data Model, Data Transformation, Identity Resolution, Segmentation, Activation, Data Kit, Data Action, Flows, Standard Connectors etc.
- Experience working with and developing complex and optimized SOQL queries
- Experience of SOAP, REST, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud APIs
- Experience with systems integrations such as CRM, Content Management.
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance
- Experience with Product lifecycle management frameworks like Jira and Version Control tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Intelligence.
- Familiarity with other client side web development design languages, scripting tools, and protocols such as HTTP, CSS, JQuery, HTML, XML, AMPScript, JSON and JavaScript etc.
- Experience working with visualization software applications such as MS Visio/Lucid Charts
- Desirable: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications - Admin, Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist
- Desirable: Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant
