We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer who will act as a liaison between either a development group and an external client/vendor, or an internal business sponsor. Provides guidance and facilitation to less experienced staff or may provide technical domain expertise to groups especially on complex tasks. Collects and synthesizes data to document requirements and translates into detailed technology needs and documents system configurations. May work as the technical expert for one or more large, complex projects translating requirements into technology documentation & systems configuration requirements. Responsible the review of products and systems, instructions, regulations and/or laws for complex projects; implements changes into software using more advanced level programming skills, testing, and providing support to customers as required. Depending on the nature of the project, undertakes a combination of project management, technical implementation, and testing analyst tasks.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- At least 5 years Cloud SaaS based Tool experience providing end-to-end integration solutions development for enterprise software or hosted high-tech services with Dell Boomi platform integrations.
- Strong experience with building integrations with Dell Boomi integration AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and Enterprise web services APIs, MDM & Flow)
- Proven experience in Dell Boomi MDH and flow implementation and administration are plus.
- Working knowledge of API security certification, authentication, authorization, IP security setup, and end point configuration
- Experience mapping, creating, transforming XML, CSV, flat file, data schemas for different systems.
- Strong knowledge in SSL and SSH certificate, Pgp encryption decryption and multi-processing multi-threading concepts
- Experience in designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements.

- Familiar with CRM, ERP, HR, and Other Corporate system integrations. Integration experience with Salesforce or NetSuite preferred.
- Working experience with Java/Groovy and knowledge of AWS Infrastructure
What will you be doing in this role?
- Hands on deployment, maintenance, and administration of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premises using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)
- Managing, Monitoring, Sustaining, Troubleshooting, and supporting existing SOA Architecture and Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform
- Design Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs and Collaborate with various cross functional teams to define and determine integration requirements.
- Contribute in evolving EAI and SOA vision by implementing methodologies, and procedures conforming to standard patterns and practices.
- Provide development team with EAI technical subject matter expertise and work with team (Architects, other Tech Leads and Systems Analysts) to ensure development activities are aligned with scope, schedule, priority, and business objectives.
- Responsible for establishing best practices in services development, integration of applications and govern detailed designs generated by the vendors.
- Mentor and Motivate team members to provide outstanding support and continuously improves the processes.
- Monitors and reports on progress in completing projects and accomplishing goals.
- Proactively addresses potential and/or current integration challenges to meet or exceed established timelines and delivers service within budget constraints and seeks ways to reduce application related costs.
- Drive organization to improve data integrity for company-wide analytics.
- Interface with both internal/external technical experts to drive system solutions.
About the Team
Our team includes over 20 professionals ranging from Technical Architects and Managers to Software Engineers, spread across the US and India. We work closely with internal stakeholders from various departments such as sales operations, product management, finance, tax, order and billing management, commercial policy and pricing, contract management, customer service, and external reporting. Our primary focus is on providing application integration and platform services for sales, finance, and corporate applications & platform.

- Full time, permanent
- 40 hours in a week- Timing- 2 to 11 PM
