Vista is setting up team to build design first platforms to help wide range of consumers to design their customization at very high scale with easy to use studio. Customer tech team works on delivering a different or personalized workflow for individuals enabling them to customize their products and guide them through the process. As part of this team, your curiosity and hands-on approach to develop robust and highly scalable product which is used by large number of consumers will help to shape the digital customer experience.
What You Will Do:
- Build and enhance complex front-end user experiences, developed with modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Write high-performance, reusable code for UI components and UI workflows.
- Build a good quality software and incorporate best security principles to avoid vulnerabilities.
- Write highly responsive, mobile / device friendly UI workflow and components to meet the consumer needs.
- Contribute your strong understanding of UI concepts, techniques, frameworks & core front-end development experience to our team
- Use your understanding of cross-browser development, browser support, progressive enhancement, and responsive web design to take our tools mobile and reach more customers
- Mentor and grow junior engineers. Build a strong tech tribe in the domain.
- Use your entrepreneurial skills to technically innovate and add value for a product that handles millions of consumer product customization request, including decisions about how to architect and design the components and the interaction between them.
- Collaborate with global partners and other internal / external stakeholders to deliver results that impact many Cimpress businesses.
Your Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience building software in a team setting.
- Must have a strong experience in developing end to end solution using modern Javascript frameworks preferably React JS and Node.JS.
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Express.js or Koa.js.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with different state managers like Redux, MobX, Recoil, etc.
- Knowledge of cross-browser and cross-device development.
- Strong knowledge on Data Structure, algorithm and computer science fundamentals.
- Have an established track record of successful delivery of complex outcomes.
- Have a good understanding of agile principles and how to leverage them to foster execution excellence
- A strong learning motivation and the ability to seek out and rapidly absorb complex technology domains
- The ability to work with the internal & external stakeholders to understand the business drivers, and articulate constraints and options.
- Experience working on AWS and Docker.
- Experience in conducting code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring code quality.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach engineers, fostering a collaborative and team environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead projects, influence decisions, and drive positive change.

Our team aims to present content on site in a clear and inspiring way in order to make each customer's design journey as easy and fun as possible. We manage how templates and other content (icons, photos, etc.) are presented on-site, primarily on the gallery pages.
