The Lead Software Engineer is a Dotnet expert who will help to build our next generation of products and services while working closely with other talented engineers. The role involves supplying to architectural design and software development, collaborating with remote teams, and mentoring colleagues. Key responsibilities include brainstorming, designing, and implementing new solutions, improving team processes, and taking ownership of product features. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in product engineering, particularly C# and the. NET framework, and lead by example. The ideal candidate will be versatile and highly motivated with a strong sense of commitment and teamwork.
A background in Healthcare system is a plus, as is development experience in an iterative, Agile/SCRUM environment.

  • Gathering requirements, design, code, debug, analyze performance, package and deploy solutions.
  • Perform development tasks as a key contributor by consistently delivering complex engineering projects and assignments on time and to the highest quality.
  • Collaborate and interact with QA, BA, and stakeholders to establish-client business needs and translate these into technical solutions.
  • Good hands-on experience as a full stack developer in the core skills ASP.Net, Angular- 5 and above, WebAPI – DotNet core, SQL Server 2014/Postgres.
  • Be self-driven to create POCs and experiment with new technologies.
  • Lead self and others through new concept development and implementation
  • Take full ownership of some of our components, from development to testing to performance tuning.
  • Follow best practices related to coding, testing, and building software.
  • Good communication skill.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in ASP.Net MVC, SQL Server, LINQ, JS, JQuery, Ajax, CSS and Html.
  • Experience in BI Reporting Tool.
  • Experience in Agile and other project management methods.

Requirements:

  • 8+ Years of coding experience as a full stack developer using Dotnet, Angular, WebAPI and SQL Server/ PostgreSQL
  • Solid experience building large, Single or multi-tenant web based and/or client server applications
  • Solid experience designing and building RESTful APIs
  • Ability to be highly productive, both working independently and in close collaboration within a team environment.
  • Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and best practices
  • Hands on cloud base development experience (AWS) is a plus
  • B.E./B.Tech. or equivalent required, advanced degree a plus
