As we execute on our Cloud Development and Platform , Infrastructure and Operations ‘cloud’ strategy, we are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner for our Operation Automation service. If you are a natural leader, a self-starter, passionate about cloud technology, thrive on problem solving, this could be interesting to you. You will work with major public clouds and ServiceNow.  As the Lead Technical Product Owner- ProdOps Automation, you will lead a team of developers who are laser focused on the automation of cloud requests and workflows leveraging ServiceNow, and providing our application development customers an always-available and intuitive experience when requesting cloud services.

This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.

Position Responsibilities:

• Leading  Cloud Environment Services Operations Automation agile teams to enable the design, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the multi cloud environment request forms and workflows leveraging ServiceNow . 

• Coordinate with Key Stakeholders to develop and groom requirements

• Leverage Common Environment Services SAFe methodology to manage planning and team work load.

• Work with cross-functional cloud and infrastructure teams focused on supporting operational request workflows and onboarding to the cloud workflow engagement workflow

• Coordinate releases with Enterprise ServiceNOW team.

• Lead and support transition roadmap of ServiceNow Instance consolidation for Enterprise Cloud

• Services.  Stay current on all ServiceNow offerings and where they can be leveraged by the ECS team roadmap.

• Develop and provide critical progress reviews supporting roadmap timelines to ECS Leadership team

• Provide guidance and assist in the creation of ServiceNow forms and workflow.

• Ensure Critical Data components are captured for Operational Support, Release Management, and Configuration Management.

• Lead, participate and share knowledge and best practices with team ServiceNow developers and the Enterprise ServiceNow developer community

• Ensure Tier 1-3  problem escalation is in place for troubleshooting technical issues

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required as a BASIC QUALIFICATION

• 10+ years with ServiceNow using ServiceNow platform capabilities including: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and DevOps

• 8+ with IaaS platform capabilities and services

• 10+ with Scaled Agile Framework or Agile Methodologies

• 5+ Team building, leading cross-functional teams, motivating and engaging team members and inspiring work groups through daily interactions.

• Must be able to work collaboratively with multi-functional teams within Boeing and external partners.

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.

• Proactively seek information and direction to successfully complete the statement of work.

• Must be flexible, with a high tolerance for organizational complexity and ability to work with team members across different cultures and time-zones

• Develop and maintain relationships / partnerships with customers, team members, peers, and partners to develop collaborative plans and complete projects.

• Demonstrate strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Must have experience leading teams and have the ability to mentor and teach juniors and partners to accomplish project and departmental goals and objectives.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• CSPO certification/POPM

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor), 12 + years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
