YOUR MISSION

Key Objectives

• Working closely with the Manager – Legal pertaining to legal tasks related to litigation, real state and retail .
• To take care of all litigation pertaining to 138, Consumer complaints, recovery notices and its litigation Legal metrology notices, notices from other statutory departments.
• This would include filing of Reply, Rejoinder, etc , keeping track of all litigations, generating monthly report and filing all the details in the requisite app. To file criminal complaints, interact with the law enforcing agencies and following up for the enforcement action.  
• To assist and help the Senior Manager - Legal retail with retail expansion which would include drafting of LOI, assisting on Due Diligence of Properties across India, keeping track of such diligence, generating reports.
• To assist the Head of legal on other important litigations as and when required.  

YOUR TALENT

Qualifications and Functional Competencies

• LLB with 2-5 Years; Law firm experience is preferred. Results orientated and self-starter with “can do” attitude and an attitude of not treating “familiarity as knowledge”.
• Ability to research, learn and rely on legal points. Stick together and work as a team member, both within the legal team and cross - functionally Attitude of being “Patient” as legal outcome may not be favorable.
• Strong communication both verbal and non-verbal and ability to interact globally. Organization and prioritization skills, Effective time management, detail and accuracy
