Support legal functions by drafting and reviewing contracts, managing vendor relationships, identifying risks, and collaborating with business teams.

We’re looking for an Executive – Legal who can work closely with business teams to support partnerships, manage contracts, and help mitigate legal risks while enabling the company to move quickly.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating commercial contracts including vendor agreements, SaaS agreements, MSAs, franchise agreements, SOWs, subscription and collaboration agreements
- Support vendor onboarding, commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and risk mitigation
- Assist in identifying legal, regulatory, and operational risks in business partnerships and franchise models
- Work cross-functionally with business and operations teams to ensure contracts are clear, compliant, and commercially sound
- Maintain contract trackers and support legal documentation processes
Requirements
- LL.B / BA LL.B from a recognized university
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (in-house experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of contract drafting and review
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with business teams in a fast-paced environment
