Your Role

Clarius is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and lead the programs that turn marketing interest into sales-ready demand and keep customers engaged after purchase.

You will own our lifecycle marketing engine across nurture, email, content, database re-engagement, customer marketing, integrated campaigns, and emerging channels such as SMS.

This is a highly hands-on role for a strategic marketer who is also an exceptional writer. You’ll develop campaign strategy, write compelling email and blog content, lead the email experience, and create connected journeys across the customer lifecycle.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Clinical Marketing, Customer Experience, and Creative to drive engagement, MQLs, product adoption, pipeline, and revenue.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Own the Lifecycle & Nurture Engine

  • Own and continuously optimize Clarius’ pre-sale nurture strategy and programs.
  • Build journeys based on specialty, customer profile, intent, behavior, geography, and buying stage.
  • Develop triggered, re-engagement, and database activation campaigns that move prospects toward sales readiness.
  • Identify where prospects are stalling and use Sales and customer insights to improve conversion and funnel progression.

Lead Email & Lifecycle Communications

  • Own the annual, quarterly, and monthly email calendar, aligning communications across content, product launches, webinars, events, promotions, clinical education, and other marketing priorities.
  • Lead campaigns end-to-end, including audience, brief, messaging, copy, creative direction, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Build scalable email processes and reusable campaign formats that improve speed and quality.
  • Evaluate where emerging lifecycle channels, including SMS, can add value for high-intent or time-sensitive communications.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations on technical builds, segmentation, testing, deliverability, consent, and compliance.

Build Integrated Campaigns & ABM Programs

  • Develop integrated campaigns across email, content, webinars, events, product launches, Sales outreach, paid media, and other marketing channels.
  • Lead the campaign orchestration component of Account-Based Marketing, creating coordinated journeys and touchpoints for priority accounts and segments.
  • Partner across Sales, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Product Marketing to align audiences, messaging, activation, and follow-up.
  • Build event and webinar acquisition and follow-up programs that turn engagement into continued marketing or Sales action.

Own Content & Blog Strategy

  • Own the content and editorial calendar, ensuring it supports lifecycle, campaign, product launch, event, SEO, and business priorities.
  • Write Clarius blog content and integrate it into broader campaigns and customer journeys.
  • Develop and repurpose content across email, nurture, webinars, events, social, and Sales follow-up.
  • Translate complex clinical and technical information into simple, compelling customer-focused messaging.
  • Partner with Creative to lead the design and customer experience of emails and campaign assets.

Support the Post-Purchase Customer Journey

  • Partner with Customer Experience to build the marketing communications layer of the post-purchase journey.
  • Develop campaigns that drive awareness and adoption of new features, product capabilities, education, and resources.
  • Support product and feature launches to existing customers with targeted communications.
  • Build lifecycle programs that create future opportunities for expansion, upsell, and upgrades.

Test, Learn & Improve

  • Build a continuous test-and-learn approach across nurture, email, content, customer marketing, and campaigns.
  • Test messaging, calls to action, sequencing, frequency, offers, segmentation, and channel mix.
  • Measure performance across engagement, MQL conversion, funnel progression, product adoption, pipeline influence, and revenue, using insights to continuously improve performance.

Your Experience So Far:

  • 4+ years of experience in lifecycle, email, CRM, content, or integrated campaign marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling emails, blogs, and campaign content.
  • Hands-on experience owning email and lifecycle campaigns from strategy through execution, testing, and optimization.
  • Strong understanding of nurture, segmentation, personalization, behavioral triggers, and customer journeys across different buying motions, from small practices to complex enterprise and hospital accounts.
  • Experience marketing across integrated channels including email, content, webinars, events, product launches, and Sales activation, with exposure to both product and SaaS offerings.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, email design, UX, and conversion principles, with experience briefing or directing creative.
  • Experience with Marketo or a similar marketing automation platform, with the ability to partner effectively with Marketing Operations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple audiences, campaigns, calendars, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable building processes, bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, and using AI tools to accelerate ideation, content development, analysis, and execution.

Nice To Have:
