Job description
We're seeking a talented Senior Backend Developer with 3-4 years of experience building scalable products. As a fintech startup, we're passionate about transforming financial services, and we need someone who shares that passion and can help us create innovative solutions.
You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems, integrating user-facing elements with server-side logic, writing clean and efficient code, and troubleshooting and debugging applications. You'll also implement security and data protection solutions, optimize applications for speed and scalability, and participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing. An important part of your role will be working closely with our product team to help shape our offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards in the fintech industry. This is an on-site position, so you'll get to collaborate with the team in person.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in backend development, with strong proficiency in Node.js; Experience with Nest.js is a plus
- Proficient with both SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with AWS is a significant advantage
- Understanding of MicroService Architecture
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- A team-oriented individual who enjoys
