Job Description

• Supporting operational function for Warehouse activity.
• Submit daily KPI to respective GB's and also check daily KPI submission from all WHS.
• Support monitoring and follow up all pending activity in Warehouse (Visualization, All VAS, Closing activity, Order-back log and storage in WH).
• Follow proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation.
• Supporting administration process related to warehouse activity (customer complaint, urgent delivery, transfer stock monitoring, and claim letter).

Qualifications

• Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor's degree, preferably from Transportation Management/Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Have a good knowledge in logistics and transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and have high proactiveness.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
