Our Analytics Services group has an open, full-time position in the Bangalore region for Sr Consultant with marketing analytics (Market Mix or Promotion Mix) OR Campaign management
Functional Responsibilities
- Understanding client necessities and deliver solutions through data collection & statistical modelling.
- Consulting clients to sharpen their business strategy using analytical models like regression, Factor analysis, Cluster analysis, sampling, ARIMA and agent-based modelling.
- Developing KPI frameworks for marketing campaign impact analysis and conduct market mix optimization studies based on historical data, to add value to client revenue stream
- Should have the capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the business.
- Being creative in identifying new techniques and processes to streamline and increase efficiency and effectiveness of current work-streams is a plus
- High level of attention to detail and problem solving
Professional requirement
- Post graduate degree in Economics, MBA, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Quantitative Analysis, or related field OR B.E/B.Tech (any discipline)
- Above 10 years of experience in business analytics developing sophisticated statistical or econometric models
- Advanced proficiency in Regression using R OR SAS
- Hands-on experience and mastery of R/SAS
- Expertise on Test and control analysis
- Proven track-record of team building and development, with an ability to mentor and lead individuals
- Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills. Knowledge of Statistical Analysis for i.e Regression and other modeling approaches
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an experience of Client management
- Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL and experience with statistical packages such as R/SAS Strong problem solving skills
- A Meritocratic culture with clear career progression & learning opportunities.
- Excellent data interpretation skills. Experience in using charting/reporting
- Skilled in MS-Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
- Should have strong knowledge of Healthcare domain or Life sciences or FMCG
- Knowledge on Pharmaceutical sales data will be an added advantage
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and VBA
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Logistic regression, R, pricing analytics, digital analytics, solution design, factor analysis, cluster analysis, marketing campaigns
- Healthcare domain will add value
