The Opportunity
As part of the Software and Product Innovation - Testing and Quality Assurance team you engage in mobile testing and automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation. As an Associate, you focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You participate in test planning and execution, and support Agile/Scrum development, DevOps, and CI/CD, while building your personal brand and expanding your technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Engage in mobile testing and automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium
- Participate in test planning and execution to maintain quality assurance
- Support Agile/Scrum development processes and methodologies
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD initiatives for continuous integration
- Develop technical proficiency in testing and quality assurance
- Build personal brand through consistent delivery of quality work
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals
- Utilize analytical skills to solve complex testing challenges
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Performing Mobile testing and Automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation
- Programming skills in Java, C#, JavaScript, Python
- Implementing test driven and behavior driven development
- Understanding of Lean/Agile development methodologies
- Working on Automation testing tools like Tricentis TOSCA, Microfocus UFT
- Performing API testing and API test automation
- Understanding of Service layer testing for Agile/Scrum development

The salary range for this position is: $49,000 - $116,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
