 Required Skills & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Expertise in Selenium or other automation tools for test automation.

Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

Experience with CI/CD tools.Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Experience with API testing and web service testing.Experience with database testing (SQL).

Excellent prExperience with test management tools.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Responsibilities:

Automation Expertise:

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive test automation strategies, with a strong focus on Selenium or any other automation tools.

Design and build highly efficient and maintainable test frameworks using any automation tool.

Provide expert guidance and mentorship to the QA team on automation best practices and advanced techniques.

Test Automation Leadership:

Directly contribute to and oversee the creation of robust automated test suites using automation tools.

Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices for test automation.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.

Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality of automated test scripts.

Test Strategy & Planning:

Develop and maintain detailed test plans and test cases, focusing on automation opportunities.

Define test data strategies and manage test environments for automated testing.

Analyze requirements and design effective test scenarios for Python-based applications.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of QA engineers specializing in Python automation.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in test automation.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Quality Assurance & Reporting:

Monitor and report on test automation progress, coverage, and results.Identify and analyze defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.
