The Manager - Business Finance will analyze key financial metrics, support sales and finance management, and create investment return views. Responsibilities include tracking performance measures, handling ad-hoc financial requests, assisting in revenue projection simulations, and leading automation projects for improved efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop clear understanding of key business drivers, analyses key financial metrics, provide value add analysis, support to sales / finance management
- Create Return on investment views to guide stakeholders on investing in right pockets with a clear understanding on sources and deployment of funds
- Partner with finance / business management teams, identify and track appropriate performance measures, key performance indicators and associated drivers.
- Handle complex adhoc request with a short turnaround time and supplement such request with appropriate analysis and comments to support decision making.
- Support finance / business leader in simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses working including working out margin protection / improvement plans.
- Lead / Participate / Drive standardization & automation projects for process efficiency
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Post-Graduate from a tier 1/ tier 2 University or business school / CA should hold a degree in finance with 1-2 years of Relevant Experience.
- Prior experience in Relevant Industry / Business Facing Roles will be an added advantage.
- Demonstrate strong Communication / Presentation Skills and ability to work with peers and counterparts / multi location setup / good team manager.
- Proficient in Office Tools MS Excel, Power Point Skills.
- Good analytical skills. Proficient in SQL, Query writing, Macros will be added advantage
