You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes project governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project's readiness to go live.
Main responsibilities
- Project Management
- Developing project strategies
- Scope definition and resource planning
- Creating budgets, monitoring of actual costs
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring project plans, defines sequencing of tasks
- Organizing & driving project meetings / stakeholder meetings / partnering with cross-functional teams
- Connect stakeholders and teams to deliver project tasks
- Coordinate cross-functional global project teams
- Coordinating project deliverables as required & ensuring that deadlines are met
- Managing risks and issues
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentations is properly maintained
- Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
- Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports
- Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
- Own the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project delivery
- Own updates of all projects in One project list including project financials
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in Finance leadership roles
- 8+ years in Project Management (as PMO) in Global projects with multi-cultural experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders including senior management
- University degree
