Job Responsibilities:
Magna is at the forefront of digital innovation, committed to exploring and implementing cutting-edge technologies to drive business transformation. We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Manager to lead our Digitalization PoC & Pilots team.
Major Responsibilities

• Lead a small, agile team focused on developing prototypes and Proof of Concepts (PoC) using a variety of emerging technologies
• Drive the exploration and implementation of technologies such as Generative AI (GenAI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation
• Ensure quick delivery of high-quality prototypes and PoCs, adhering to agile methodologies
• Provide hands-on technical expertise and guidance to the team, stepping in to develop solutions when necessary
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the team
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings, demonstrate prototypes, and gather feedback

Knowledge and Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field

Work Experience

• 5 to 7 years of work related experience

Skills and Competencies required to perform the Job

• Proven experience in leading small teams and managing projects in an agile environment
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in developing prototypes and PoCs
• Expertise in emerging technologies such as GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Process Mining
• Strong background in Data & BI and/or Software Development
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Passion for innovation and staying up-to-date with the latest technological trends
• Self-driven with willingness to work extra hours to meet stretch timelines and deliver exceptional results for high-level stakeholders

Working Conditions and Environment
This role will work with a global, multinational, multicultural team.
Travel
Occasional travel. Project & team management related.
