As the Corporate Finance & Account Manager, you will:

Oversee general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, FA) to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting and month/year-end book closure

Prepare statutory financial statements and audit support along with general ledger review, financial analysis and reporting

Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax regulations and reporting, including GST, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing

Prepare and file tax returns (GT, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) ensuring timely payments to tax authorities

Review and manage tax audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance

Advise on tax planning, structuring and implications of various business decisions from a tax perspective
Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

10+ years of finance and accounting experience in India-specific tax laws including GST, Income Tax, STPI and Transfer pricing with at least 5 years in a leadership role

Experience in handling tax audits, compliances (FEMA, MCA, RBI) and liaising with tax authorities

Proficient in ERP systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Excel

In-depth understanding of direct and indirect tax compliance in India with knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and US GAAP

Experience in managing finance for a subsidiary of an international company, preferably in the IT industry
