Job Title Manager – Finance (G5)
The Team
We are seeking a diligent and strategic associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting financial analysis, forecasting, modeling, and main support to the real estate finance team. The primary objective of the role will be to provide a broad range of analytics, financial management, and strategic business partner support to drive improved outcomes and financial results to the broader organization.
The Purpose of This Role

Primarily responsible for creating and delivering financial analysis and insights to support strategic decisions and day-to-day operations. The role demands the person to display ability to handle/analyze data, as well as speed & accuracy in execution.

Participate in monthly books close and analysis (work closely with Accounting team)

Preparation of budgets, multi-year plan and forecasts which may include financial modelling

Preparation of budget variance and analysis process; providing analytical review for business updates

Helps the business in achieving agreed financial results and identify key operational levers that has a bearing on costs and adhering to expense targets (if any)

Supports key initiatives for various finance and business leaders

Demonstrates expertise in financial analysis and applies this to the assigned business operations recommending efficiencies and savings or calling out risks or opportunities.

Assists in the financial evaluation and assessments of new programs or services as appropriate

Stakeholder engagement (Collaborative working with stakeholders, maturity in interactions to build stronger relationship, leveraging networks)

Works on multiple projects concurrently; ensures the completion of open work items, adherence to procedures and completions of projects

Strong strategic and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen

Excellent communications skills and demonstrated ability to influence senior business leaders

Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting/economics or equivalent with 5+ years of experience; MBA preferred

Must have high proficiency with computer software, including Microsoft Word, advance Excel and Power BI.
