Manage HR operations, tools, processes, automation, analytics, reporting, SOPs, benefits, insurance, onboarding, and employee engagement. Serve as the primary contact for HR systems and processes, provide actionable insights across HR functions, collaborate with stakeholders, and improve employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Be the point of contact for all employee queries on the tools and processes.
• Own the HR tools and processes used at PlaySimple Games.
• Own the automation agenda for HR
• Lead the HR Analytics for the Human Resources function and provide insights into the performance of all the HR sub-functions
• Providing timely & accurate reports from the HR tools used internally.
• Design and maintain SOPs and adhere to the policies, processes and practices.
• Analysing datapoints to notice trends and actionable insights.
• Be the point of contact for insurance, benefits, onboarding etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on various people-centric inputs
• Driving impactful engagements that are crucial in boosting employee morale & connects.
Requirements
• 8 -12 years of experience in HR and specifically having led HR operations.
• Functional knowledge of the HR domains
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple conflicting priorities.
• Should have implemented at least one HRIS platform in at least one prior organisation.
• Should bring good number crunching capabilities and have been involved in HR analytics-related work in the past
• Should have a significant eye for details
• To be able to deliver basis the ever-evolving needs of the stakeholder
• Prior experience of having worked in a start-up or a fast-paced environment
• High on empathy and excellent interpersonal skills
• Should have a high bias for action and is passionate about getting things done and transforming ideas into reality.
• Prior experience in driving engagements and handling operations is a plus
