ABOUT YOUR ROLE

- Foster a culture where safety is a core value in daily operations and strive towards an interdependent culture that will enable an accident-free workplace.
- Develop and enhance an effective system of metrics, scorecards, governance and reviews to assure strategies and projects are aligned with business needs
- Lead the Production team on SOP Compliance on Service & Operational metriccs
- Collaborate with Supply Chain ,Customer Service & Sales team to support on customer orders and supply Planning
- Develop and Implement Short Term and Long Term strategies for Operational Excellence
- Drive an engaged learning organization that is capable of creating, acquiring, transferring and utilizing value added knowledge to meet and exceed business goals.
-Be a visible leader capable of engaging team members at all levels of the organization.
-Drive Continuous Excellence and process discipline throughout the value chain by personally championing Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) while developing Digitalization and Data usage
-Model and promote the Corporation’s Code of Business Ethics and Values

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE :• Daily Production Management & Metrics performance
• Plan the shifts and production schedules
• Deliver daily targeted capacity planned output
• Assigned the jobs to supervisiors,and senior operators
• Particiate in Daily Plant MDI Meetings
• Conduct Daily Production Line MDI at Shop Floor
• Drive Quaility and Service Performance
• Drive Key Projects & Savings
• Reporting to Supervisor / Manager on any daily issues happen

Qualifications

• BTech in Printing with exposure in Heat Transfer Production with at least 7-8 years’ working experience in industry.
• Good in English & Kannada language both verbally and written skills
• PC skills is a must with Microsoft software, e.g. Excel (vlookup, basic calculation formulas, pivot table) and Google workspace
• Experienced in Lean Sigma and Software will be added advantage.
• Good at communication and multi-function team work, problem solving and continuous improvement approach
• Positive, responsible, strong in coordination and execution
• Strong data collection and analysis ability
• Strong personal integrity and have a good team spirit
EDUCATION : Preferably DIpoma or B.E in Printing technology
-College educationKEY PERFORMANCE ITEM :•Operational Metrics, UEE,UPLH.,SCRAP,Quality CCR,COPQ.
• Service Metrics
• Project management and execution
