About This Role
The Product Managers at Circles operates at the exciting intersection of Technology, Design and Strategy. You will be in a team responsible for driving the platform product roadmap. You are as much at ease in an industry littered with jargon as you are with exploiting the power of analysis to communicate your views.
As a key member of our team, your responsibilities include:
- Drive the planning, technical development, testing and launch of novel products
- Drive innovation in product development with a team of world-class engineers
- Deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations and take end-to-end ownership of planning, design, delivery, quality assurance and performance
- Monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of development features
- Write user stories and detailed product requirements
- Define metrics and KPI to measure the success of the products
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, product vision, and strategy
- Act as product champion and establish valuable relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience with 4+ in product management. Telco experience is preferred (BSS/OOS Experience is preferred)
- Experience in complete product life-cycle management
- Experience with project and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, monday.com, Confluence, Figma, Balsamiq or other similar tools
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- BS in Business, Marketing or Technology (MBA preferred)
It would be great if the individual has:
- B2B2C/B2B product management experience
- Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable applications
- Experience in launching SaaS, platform or payments products
- Experience with market research and deep technical analysis skills
- SQL experience
- Experience working in a startup
