The Role: 

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled lawyer to join our Legal Team. You will be responsible for legal and product advisory and handling a wide range of contracts for our organization. You will collaborate with various internal departments and external stakeholders to provide legal advice to protect the company's interests.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. 6 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in a Law Firm/Fintech/ Bank. Experience in fintech, employment matters, data protection, general corporate, product advisory & end-to-end contract negotiation is required.
  2. Strong communication and drafting skills in English.
  3. Managing team members and people management skills.
  4. Demonstrable understanding and experience in laws related to fintech, employment and data protection.
  5. Ability to independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as may be necessary.
  6. Skills to keep track of legal expenses and promptly notify seniors.
  7. Expertise in maintaining and periodically updating MIS trackers.
  8. Strong legal research and analytical skills.
  9. Passion to analyse legal aspects of new products related to fintech space
  10. Ability to provide timely support as a team member on a wide array of regulatory projects.
  11. Willingness to identify and take up new tasks and be a team player.
  12. Fluency in MS Office and related tools

     

Mandatory Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should be an independent, proactive, result-oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A law degree (LL.B) from a reputed law school is essential. He/she/ they should be punctual, transparent, responsible and able to take end-to-end accountability for their matters.
