Your Responsibilities:

  • Support and lead employees and managers across full employee lifecycle through advisory (“how do I?”) and coaching on HR procedures (process & policy) covering key topics Hire to Exit across India, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh.

  • Lead and manage a team of HR People Services Specialists and foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Monitor team performance and provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team.

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are adhered to and that employees receive timely, accurate, and high-quality services along with ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met.

  • Oversee the delivery of HR services to employees, including but not limited to onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, payroll support, and employee inquiries through case management etc.

  • Continuously review and improve HR service delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness, streamline processes to increase productivity.

  • Work closely with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) teams to ensure system functionality aligns with service needs. Participate in UATs and successful implementations of systems as needed. Leverage HR technology and tools to support service delivery, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Ensure HR shared services adhere to legal, regulatory, and company compliance standards including regional requirements. Implementing actions to improve performance and ensuring confidentiality of information, documentation and assigned records.

  • Work closely with other HR teams (e.g., talent acquisition, total rewards, employee relations) to ensure seamless delivery of services. Partner with business leaders to identify HR needs and customize solutions as necessary. Serve as the point of contact for senior leadership regarding HR service-related matters.

  • Act as the point of contact for all regional escalations, research to identify and resolve causes for issues on complex

  • Complete ownership of Governance of the processes and overall monitoring the Compliance and controls for Audits

  • Manage Key Stakeholders for embedding the Work Force Management process streamlining and elevate the Employee experience.

  • Manage end to end transitions and streamline processes working with Global Stakeholders to drive operational efficiencies.

  • Headcount reporting Analytics and Use dashboard and available data analytics to ensure personal performance meets all agreed service standards.

  • Act as a point of contact for HR Stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment across the regions to support on Key HR Process design and support on Automation projects.

  • Management of cases and transactions in Service Now and Workday; acting as the single point of contact for the business and triaging to SMEs, 3rd Party HR service providers & CoEs to ensure timely resolution to meet agreed service level agreements. Drive Self-service and take measures to increase penetration.

  • Provide guidance to the business as well as in-country HR where needed on all Employee life cycle processes from Hire, Job Status, Terminations and any other HR key processes.

  • Support employees with benefits enrolment activity through Workday and liaise with benefits providers to ensure set up and termination of benefits (including pension providers, life insurance, health insurance, other company sponsored Benefits etc.) according to policy. Complete end to end Vendor Management and Employee communication support.

  • Provide support on creating an exceptional experience for New hires during Onboarding and regularize all kinds of Employment terms related letters as and when needed.

  • Responsible for continuous improvement to enhance HR services by reviewing and revising operational processes, policies, and SOPs to optimize efficiencies and accuracy of procedures. Project Manage the Transition of Activities for People Services delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Ideal candidates will have 8-10 years HR Operations and/or Shared Services experience in a multi-national organisation; experience in any other Customer Support related environment also desirable

  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and navigate cultural differences

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with HR technology (HRIS, payroll systems, etc.) and systems implementation; Workday, ServiceNow or other HR systems are desirable but extensive trainings will be provided.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment & Customer service-based mindset and focus on getting things done

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • High level of personal resilience; ability to work independently and in a team

  • Ability to handle multiple activities in parallel (multitasking) in a fast-paced environment

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information

  • Strong Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures

  • Knowledge of local labour laws and HR compliance regulations. Especially ISC countries laws.

  • HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
