Reporting to NAVEX’s Director of Global Revenue Operations, you will play a critical role in establishing our Revenue Operations team locally and driving revenue-generating processes across the global organisation. You will provide guidance and support to an admin team responsible for quote management, order processing, data management, and sales support. You will identify opportunities for process improvement and work cross-functionally to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your team and our sales processes.

The expected working hours for this role will be 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead a team of Revenue Operations professionals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction across your team

  • Generate and analyse reports and dashboards on quota activity, case management, and team productivity; using data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making

  • Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing guidelines, and industry best standards

  • Act as an escalation contact for the sales team

  • Proactively identify and drive cross-functional initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your team and our sales processes

  • Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  • Train Revenue Operations team members on new functionalities as well as onboard all new members to the team

  • Manage ad-hoc projects and duties as required

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations

  • 2+ years of experience effectively building, leading and managing a team

  • Power user of Salesforce.com and CPQ software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

  • Experience driving initiatives that impact revenue, improve efficiency, and support scalability

  • Highly detail-oriented and organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of influence, strategic execution and talent development

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • Every team member is required to have a career plan in place, to be reviewed with their manager after six months in our team.

  • The starting pay range for this role is 2,810,000 INR with 5% MBO and night shift differential of 500 INR/day.
