Job Responsibilities:
This is a critical site manager role where the person will be overseeing the execution of one or more software projects, ensuring it adheres to budget, timeline, and quality standards by coordinating teams, managing tasks, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the development cycle.
Key responsibilities• Creating detailed project plans, assigning tasks to team members, and managing the overall workflow to meet project deadlines.• Distributing team members and resources effectively across different project phases.• Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the software meets technical specifications and standards.• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.• Maintaining open communication with the development team, stakeholders, and clients, providing regular updates on project progress.• Identifying and addressing any issues that arise during development, escalating when necessary.• Providing technical guidance and expertise to the development team, ensuring the project is implemented using the correct technologies and methodologies.• Tracking individual and team performance to identify areas for improvement.• Maintaining project documentation including requirements, design documents, test cases, and user guides.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, information technology, or similar.• Master's degree in a related field preferred.• 14+ years of experience in software development and team management.• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python and JavaScript.• Ability to mentor junior software developers, as well as to collaborate with all stakeholders.
