Roles & Responsibilities

  • Determine Staffing Needs: Assess current and future hiring requirements.
  • Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective hiring plans.
  • Lead Employment Branding Initiatives: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs.
  • Data Analysis: Use recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize hiring processes.
  • Supervision: Oversee and mentor recruiting personnel.
  • Modernize Global Talent Acquisition and drives clarity and accountability with stakeholders and respective organization.
  • Improve utilization of our tools and resources.
  • Reduce time-to-accept year-over-year.
  • Oversee adoption for globally consistent talent acquisition processes, metrics and dashboards
  • Oversee development segmented talent acquisition strategies with a focus on DEI to support TPLT.
  • Ensure team has adequate tools, templates and learning resources to leverage.
  • Collaborate with leaders (TA leaders, program leaders) for successful training, onboarding, and continuously learning of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with TA policies in accordance with regulatory requirements to optimize and expand opportunities for all talent.
  • Strengthen Key Talent Pipelines

Education:
Bachelors/ Master’s degree.

Experience : 13 to 18 Years

Functional Knowledge

  • Works on issues where analysis of situation or data requires review of relevant factors

Business Expertise

  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals. Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Management reviews work to measure meeting of objectives

Leadership

  • Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.

Problem Solving

  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.

Impact

  • Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules.
