Job Title: Data Analyst 

Location: Mantle Solutions (P) Ltd, Bangalore

Role Overview

The Data Analyst – Campaigns will play a key role in driving data-led decision-making by analyzing customer behavior and campaign performance. This role focuses on generating actionable insights, enabling personalized marketing, and building scalable data solutions to improve customer engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior across multiple touchpoints and key metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to enhance customer experience.
  • Support end-to-end execution of personalized promotional campaigns, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, execution tracking, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated analytical workflows using SQL, Python, and PySpark.
  • Monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights to optimize targeting, engagement, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with business and marketing stakeholders to translate data insights into strategic recommendations that drive growth.

  • Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing customer and business data to improve engagement, experience, and revenue outcomes.
  • Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning techniques, and automated workflows to optimize marketing strategies and customer lifecycle initiatives.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in SQL
  • Python (Pandas, NumPy)
  • PySpark
  • Advanced MS Excel

Qualifications
  • B.Tech / Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst / Campaign Analytics / Marketing Analytics role
Preferred Experience (Good to Have)
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or CPG domains
  • Exposure to marketing automation tools and A/B testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
