As a Marketing Analyst III, you will play a crucial role in crafting our marketing & commerical strategies through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. This job provides you with the opportunity to collaborate in a dynamic atmosphere with innovative tools and technologies.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance, pipeline performance, and customer insights.
• Extract and transform data from various sources to deliver actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and analyses.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, conducting return on investment analysis and attribution modeling to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze sales pipeline data to track business metrics, Key Performance Indicators, and trends to provide actionable insights that drive sales operation efficiency and pipeline growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or a related subject area.
• 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar field, particularly in marketing and sales data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, capable of developing insightful and interactive dashboards.
• Proficient in programming languages like SQL, DAX, Power Query M, Python, Pyspark, or R, and skilled in data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
• Experience working with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, Redshift, or Databricks, and extracting data from different sources such as Google Ads or Adobe Analytics.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at converting intricate data into practical insights and suggestions.
• Proficient at balancing multiple projects concurrently while meeting tight timelines.
