Job Description
Join our top-tier Bengaluru team as a Marketing Analyst skilled in Power BI and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key marketing metrics, campaign performance from platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and customer insights.
- Extract and transform data from diverse sources, such as databases, CRM systems, and marketing platforms, to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
- Apply programming languages (such as SQL, Python, or R) for querying databases, conducting data analysis, and automating reporting processes.
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and finance, to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful data visualizations and analyses.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer specific business questions, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, conducting analysis on return on investment and attribution modeling to measure efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, standard methodologies, and new technologies in data analysis and visualization to improve analytical capabilities and drive innovation.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field, with a focus on marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools, with the ability to build insightful and interactive dashboards.
- Strong programming skills in languages with experience in data querying, manipulation, and analysis.
- Experience working with databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle) and extracting data from various sources such as Google Ads.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with collaborators at all levels of the organization.
