The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to support the Regional Marketing Manager across Asia Pacific. This is not just an administrative role; it is an operational execution role. You will get the growth opportunity to become the engine behind our marketing campaigns, learning the marketing mix and managing the digital tools that drive our business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Support
- Manage reporting, leads management, collateral production or any operational tasks assigned by Regional Marketing Manager.
- Assist in the logistics of marketing campaigns, including white papers, events, webinars, and social media across the APAC region.
- Coordinate with APAC sales team, country managers, project managers and functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
2. Website & Content Management
- Execute updates to the company website using WordPress, ensuring accuracy in service offerings, case studies, and regional content.
- Manage the break-fix for landing pages to improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Assist in basic SEO tasks to improve organic visibility in the region.
3. Marketing Automation & CRM
- Work with Systems Team on creating marketing dashboard, campaign lead tracker, and data hygiene within Salesforce.
- Support the execution of email marketing campaigns in Pardot, tracking open rates, click-through rates, and engagement metrics.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and lead generation activities for the APAC region.
4. Creative &Collateral Production
- Create marketing collateral (social media graphics, one-pagers, solution briefs, and event banners) using Canva.
- Ensure all creatives align with systemsGo’s brand guidelines and regional messaging.
5. Performance Analytics
- Monitor website traffic and user behavior using Google Analytics.
- Track ROI on spends (if applicable).
We Expect You Are
- A Fast Learner: Technology and tools change quickly. You don’t need to know everything on day one, but you must be able to pick up new software, be comfortable using AI tool, and process independently.
- Detail-Oriented: You understand that in marketing operations, a small error in Salesforce or a broken link on WordPress can result in negative impact.
- Proactive:
You see what needs to be done and take ownership.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a similar coordination role.
- Experience in the IT solutions or Technology services industry is a strong plus.
Technical Proficiency Preferred:
- WordPress:
Hands-on experience building or updating pages.
- Salesforce: Experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM like HubSpot) is mandatory.
- Canva:
Proficient in designing professional marketing assets without relying on a graphic designer.
- Google Analytics:
Know how to navigate GA4 to pull reports and understand user flow.
- Microsoft Office:Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in business English communication.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
