About the role

As a Marketing Associate, you will shape Alaan’s social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and upcoming channels. You will be on the ground capturing real moments, creating scroll-stopping content, and helping build a brand that finance professionals across the region love and engage with.
This is a hands-on content creation role suited for someone who lives on social media, thinks in trends and hooks, and can shoot and edit videos on the go.


What you'll do

  • Create short-form videos, reels, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat
  • Capture on-ground content at events, customer visits, office days, product shoots, and everyday team moments
  • Edit videos quickly using mobile editing apps like CapCut, VN, or similar
  • Identify trends early and adapt them for Alaan’s tone and audience
  • Build and maintain a weekly content calendar with the marketing team
  • Repurpose longer content (interviews, webinars, events) into bite-sized clips
  • Support marketing campaigns with creative ideas, fast edits, and on-site content
  • Engage with the finance and startup community across platforms through comments, DMs, and creator interactions
  • Collaborate with the design and campaigns team to bring larger storytelling ideas to life


What we are looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Strong shooting and editing skills (phone-first creators welcome)
  • Deep understanding of social trends across UAE and KSA
  • Ability to create quality video content independently and at speed
  • Comfortable being in fast-paced environments, capturing content in real time
  • Creative mindset with a strong sense of storytelling and brand voice
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
