Marketing Associate - India (Remote)

The XO Health leadership team includes industry experts who have spent decades leading major insurance companies. They have set out to provide a better alternative, a first-of-its-kind comprehensive optimization platform that moves at the velocity of innovation, utilizing data and insights across the full healthcare ecosystem to improve everything from benefits and navigation, to care delivery and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Create high-quality PowerPoint presentations with strong storytelling and visual consistency (PPT deck mastery).
Support internal operational and external-facing presentations, along with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, pitch decks, one-pagers, and reports using Adobe InDesign and Canva.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including emails and basic automation workflows.
Collaborate with sales and business teams on campaign and enablement materials.
Offer website maintenance and support, including updates and basic management using WordPress.
Develop simple animations or motion graphics for presentations and marketing assets.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint with advanced slide design and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe InDesign and Canva.
- Experience running marketing campaigns using HubSpot.
- Working knowledge of WordPress and website content management.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of animation or motion design tools.
- Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with sales enablement and branding initiatives.
- Knowledge of additional Adobe tools such as Illustrator or After Effects.
