Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, Google Ads campaigns, and Instagram profiles to improve visibility, engagement, lead generation, and conversions. Develop local marketing and content strategies, analyze campaign and channel performance, identify acquisition funnel gaps, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage multiple accounts, and present performance reports and actionable insights.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 1–3 years of experience in digital and local marketing, preferably working with businesses in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Google Business Profile (GBP), Google Ads, and Instagram optimization, along with excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles to improve local visibility, rankings, engagement, and lead generation.
- Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns.
- Optimize Instagram profiles and content strategy to improve engagement, reach, follower growth, and audience outreach.
- Identify content opportunities based on trends, audience behavior, competitor activity, and performance.
- Work on local marketing strategies including keywords, competitor analysis, reviews, content, and GBP optimization.
- Analyze campaign and channel performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and build relevant marketing strategies.
- Prepare reports and clearly communicate performance, insights, and next steps.
- Identify gaps across the acquisition funnel and recommend ways to improve leads and conversions.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, local SEO, social media marketing, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of Google Business Profile and Local SEO.
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads.
- Good understanding of Instagram optimization, content strategy, engagement, and organic outreach.
- Ability to analyze social media and marketing metrics and translate them into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with US-based clients and presenting strategies and performance updates.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Experience working with local or service-based businesses in the US.
- Understanding of SEO, website performance, conversion tracking, and UTM attribution.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
