POSITION SUMMARY: 

As Marketing Manager you will lead the India Marketing Team, supporting global demand generation initiatives including strategic planning, campaign management, budget management, and analytics and reporting. You will work closely with colleagues supporting overall marketing and sales efforts and be responsible for outbound marketing activities. In this role you will focus on maximizing near-term opportunities and performance, while balancing strategic, long-term programs to increase demand for Avathon solutions.

You Will:

  • Oversee demand generation campaigns including offer creation, communication, tracking, analysis, and success measurement.
  • Develop and execute monthly and quarterly program plans to ensure bookings goals are met
  • Leverage analytics to manage and track demand generation performance against lead and pipeline goals, adjusting activities based on results & alignment with sales objectives.
  • Develop new and advance existing demand generation initiatives to meet/exceed pipeline and opportunities goals.
  • Create comprehensive target marketing and prospecting/re-marketing demand generation campaigns for key verticals (i.e. Energy, Manufacturing/CPG)
  • Utilize lead scoring, email drips, nurture streams, etc.
  • Collaborate across internal teams, including sales, sales development and marketing, to fulfill lead generation and pipeline acceleration goals
  • Lead, coach, and mentor marketing team members

You'll Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing roles and Hubspot (Mandatory) at enterprise B2B companies. SaaS experience a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital and performance marketing
  • Passion for fast-paced environments, with a focus on transparency, data integrity, collaboration, rapid iteration, and continual improvement. High attention to detail is critical.
  • A deep sense of curiosity and a desire to get your hands dirty to meet deadlines and goals.
  • Expert user of Excel and other MS Suite applications. Experience with Hubspot highly desirable.
