As a Web Marketing Specialist, you will receive content from multiple marketing teams within our group and thoughtfully enter it into our website’s content management system (CMS). You will use customer-centric design principles and page analytics to advise and drive your production decisions. 

This role will support master data management, data quality and data cleaning, program initiatives and operations, with responsibility for participating and leading efforts in collecting requirements, data analysis and issue resolution, and business process simplification for several data domains. 

We are a highly matrixed environment — you will collaborate with teams across multiple marketing departments. This global role is based in Bangalore India, and reports to a Bangalore-based supervisor. 

Key Responsibilities: 

•             Build web pages within the CMS (Adobe Experience Manager)/Wordpress and customize HTML/CSS code when needed while following style guidelines 

•             Collaborate with Business Partners to understand web content requests, seeking clarification on open questions. Act as an advisor to recommend customer-centric web design/UX improvements 

•             Use our project management system (Workfront) to retrieve content, complete assigned workflow steps, communicate updates to projects, and upload URLs for review 

•             Complete web tactics and handle workflow and timelines of multiple, simultaneous projects based on prioritization model 

•             Optimize web-ready digital graphics by compositing, masking, sharpening, resizing, etc. using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Express

•             Manage images, marketing documents, and videos to the appropriate asset management system for use on the website 

•             Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and strong SEO performance of web pages by addressing issues detected by our website crawl tool (Site Improve) 

•             Clean and format data from different sources to ensure consistency and usability. 

•             Maintain data files received from multiple sources, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate. 

Qualifications: 

•             Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree, and 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with customer-facing web sites 

•             Hands-on experience working on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Wordpress

•             Experience working on Open Text Media and Brightcove is a plus

•             Good understanding of SEO principles; and familiarity with HTML and CSS 

•             Good communication and interpersonal skills applicable to the position

•             Ability to solve problem and exercise judgment and independence in identifying next- steps 

•             Hands-on experience working on project management tools like Workfront

•             Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Express is a plus

•             Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Excel (V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Macros, Charts) for data manipulation and analysis.
