Lead Technical Program Manager- Markets Technology: Athena Stability Program
Job Description
As a Lead Solutions Analyst on Athena stability program, you lead analysis and manage delivery of solutions and projects that have far-reaching implications for the firm.
This role requires a strong grasp of the big-picture - namely, how can technology help achieve business goals - as well as a keen ability to establish priorities, identify solutions, lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions on time and to quality, and proactively address issues or risks. You combine tangible technical experience, data savviness, and relationship building to determine the right solutions, and processes and people to deliver solutions. You have a knack for leading through adversity and shifting priorities, and effective communication style to a diverse range of stakeholder audiences.
Job responsibilities
- Analyses incident data and reports on trends and insights
- Partners with engineering leadership and stakeholders to define target KPIs and projected solution KPIs
- Facilitates definition of milestones and deliverables aligning them to KPIs and overall business drivers and technical objectives
- Conducts solutions evaluation
- Facilitates solutions planning and delivery ensuring it occurs on time and to quality
- Manages risks and issues to resolution
- Monitors, alerts and reports on the health of the program
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Deep knowledge of the problem space and solutions to improve blast radius, detection and recovery time, hygiene and observability and to harden trade and risk management business flows
- Several years of experience in production management, support or reliability functions in Markets or Global Technology in banking
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to structure and manage delivery of a complex program
- Experience leading agile teams, and managing delivery using empirical methods and data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Past software development experience in Markets or Global Technology systems in banking preferred
