Mass market communications manager India and SAPAC

Location: Bangalore /Noida

Summary:

This is a new role within the global marcom team in alignment with our refreshed focus on developing our mass market activities. Your responsibilities will focus on developing a consistent and compelling approach to mass market communications for India and SAPAC. You will be part of the sales communication team, reporting to the head of sales communications.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy the strategy for co-marketing programs with distribution marketing and eTailers to expand the funnel, aligning and developing processes across the region

  • Coordination of mass market & retailer marketing communications activities for India and SAPAC

  • Help to execute a content strategy that supports all stages of the buying journey through the channels and formats most wanted by mass market in collaboration with sales. Also, focus on long tail customers and startups to become part of collaborative growth journey.
  • Activate Community of Youtube Influencers for global marcom programs, work with global team to develop and maintain media presence and activities.
  • Grow online voice to span key channels – blogs, social media, communities and training
  • Support training and partner events in the region
  • Provide counsel and proactive plans for mass market related marcom activities and collaborate with digital campaign team to deliver compelling campaigns
  • Collaborate with solutions selling marcom experts
  • Perform budgeting for mass market communications, align needs with performance goals and track spend against budget
  • Establish and track KPIs for individual initiatives and programs in alignment with digital marketing campaign processes

Qualification:

  • Must be a strong collaborator and drive effective relationships across other functional teams
  • Must be an efficient and effective marketing design collateral and creative content maker
  • Able to quickly understand and apply messaging across a variety of outputs
  • Strong understanding of channel specificities
  • 10 years’ experience in a communications role, preferably within a technology company
  • Degree in marketing, communications or related fields
