We have an exciting opportunity for DELMIA Apriso MES Consultant

Position: - MES Apriso Consultant

Year of Experiences: - 9 to 12 years (P3)

Responsibilities:

• Experience in implementing MES software for key modules such as Production, Quality and Warehouse - architecting and implementing - including automation, production monitoring and execution, quality planning and execution, detailed scheduling and sequencing and interfaces to ERP
• Must have cross-functional skill sets, high-performing and agile product team that collaborates closely with Developers, Solution Architects, Middleware, Infrastructure and Database teams to deliver, configure, troubleshoot and maintain system and infrastructure for the highly available, fault-tolerant, and cross-regional deployments of Apriso
• Understanding of Apriso data model and Apriso process builder framework
• Must have skills on technical leadership for the definition, design, and implementation of Apriso based MES solution
• Programming background with C#, SQL/PL SQL, Java and web-based technologies
• Perform handover of the Blueprints to the Project/Delivery Managers and/or Implementation Leads
• Hands-on experience with Process Builder, Machine Integration, and Business Integration.
• Business requirements facing ability, Analytical Skills, Communication and articulation skills, desire to work in Global Delivery Model is needed.
• Should be familiar with MES domain and terminologies Understanding of ISA 95 would be added advantage Technical Expertise Tools Apriso Flexnet 9.7, 2016,18,19
• Must have been part of at least 2 to 3 ends to end MES implementations in Apriso amd well versed with deployment and release management processes.
• Ability to travel for business needs as needed up to 30%

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Must have experience with OPC architecture, configuration, and deployment
• ISA-95 expertise and ability to architect manufacturing information solutions
• Should be proficient in PPT, Excel, Confluence, JIRA etc.
• Familiarity of project and program management methodologies or frameworks (PMI, APM, Agile, etc.)
• Experience with industry tools such as data historians, time-series visualization, process modelling software, advanced process controls, and advanced data analytics.
• Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and cross-functional teams to discuss and define scope, objectives, project plans, and deliverables.
• Should have experience in IT-OT assessment, Strategy assessment for Digital Manufacturing and driving Industry 4.0 solution design and delivery
• Familiar with system architecture principles and Dev Op’s cycles, experience working with cloud platforms and data analytics tools is also a plus.
