About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Midlevel QC & QA Specialist to handle end-to-end testing efforts and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring QA teams, driving best practices, and acting as the main point of contact for all quality-related matters.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong in both manual and automated testing, and confident in leading client-facing discussions.

Key ResponsibilitiesTesting Strategy & Execution
  • Design, plan, and oversee end-to-end testing strategies across the SDLC
  • Ensure coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Define and implement risk-based testing and regression strategies
Automation & Manual Testing
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks
  • Perform detailed manual testing to identify edge cases and hidden defects
Bug Tracking & Quality Control
  • Identify, document, and track defects with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on new testing tools and methodologies
  • Drive innovation and improvements in QA processes and practices

RequirementsExperience
  • 3+ years of experience in QA/QC
  • Strong experience in both manual and automated testing
  • Proven experience designing test plans, test cases, and regression suites
Technical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC
  • Experience with automation tools and scripting languages
  • Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools
  • Experience with version control systems
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
